Our Father
But he said to
me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in
weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so
that the power of Christ may rest upon me. For the sake of Christ,
then, I am content with weaknesses, insults, hardships, persecutions, and
calamities. For when I am weak, then I am strong. (2 Cn 12:9) Hail Mary
For by grace
you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own
doing; it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one
may boast. (Ep 2:8,9) Hail Mary
For sin will have no dominion over you, since you
are not under law but under grace. (Rm 6:14) Hail Mary
But if it is by grace, it is no longer on the basis of
works; otherwise grace would no longer be grace. (Rm 11:6) Hail Mary
Or do you suppose it is to no purpose that the Scripture
says, “He yearns jealously over the spirit that he has made to dwell in
us”? But he gives more grace. Therefore it says, “God opposes the
proud but gives grace to the humble.” (Js 4:5-6) Hail Mary
But by the grace of God I am what I am, and his grace toward
me was not in vain. On the contrary, I worked harder than any of
them, though it was not I, but the grace of God that is with me. (1 Cn
15:10) Hail Mary
Let us then with confidence draw near to the throne of
grace, that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need. (Heb
4:16) Hail Mary
For from his fullness we have all received, grace
upon grace. (Jn 1:16) Hail Mary
For one will scarcely die for a righteous person—though
perhaps for a good person one would dare even to die— but God shows his
love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. (Rm
5:7,8) Hail Mary
For the grace of God has appeared, bringing
salvation for all people, training us to renounce ungodliness
and worldly passions, and to live self-controlled, upright, and godly
lives in the present age, waiting for our blessed hope,
the appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ, who
gave himself for us to redeem us from all lawlessness and to purify
for himself a people for his own possession who are zealous for good
works. (Tit 2:11-14) Hail Mary
Glory be
Our Father
For by works of the law no human being will be justified in his sight, since through the law comes knowledge of sin. But now the righteousness of God has been manifested apart from the law, although the Law and the Prophets bear witness to it— the righteousness of God through faith in Jesus Christ for all who believe. For there is no distinction: for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, and are justified by his grace as a gift, through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus, whom God put forward as a propitiation by his blood, to be received by faith. This was to show God's righteousness, because in his divine forbearance he had passed over former sins. (Rm 3:20-25) Hail Mary
The Lord is not
slow to fulfill his promise as some count slowness, but is patient
toward you, not wishing that any should perish, but that all
should reach repentance. (2 Pt 3:9) Hail Mary
The Lord make his face to shine upon you and be
gracious to you; the Lord lift up his countenance upon you
and give you peace. (Num 6:25,26) Hail Mary
Therefore do not be ashamed of the testimony about
our Lord, nor of me his prisoner, but share in suffering for the
gospel by the power of God, who saved us and called us to a
holy calling, not because of our works but because of his own purpose
and grace, which he gave us in Christ Jesus before the ages began, and
which now has been manifested through the appearing of our Savior
Christ Jesus, who abolished death and brought life
and immortality to light through the gospel, for which I was appointed a
preacher and apostle and teacher, which is why I suffer as I
do. But I am not ashamed, for I know whom I have believed, and I am
convinced that he is able to guard until that day what has been
entrusted to me. (2 Tim 1:8-12) Hail Mary
You therefore, beloved, knowing this
beforehand, take care that you are not carried away with the error of
lawless people and lose your own stability. But grow in the grace and
knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To him be the glory both
now and to the day of eternity. Amen. (2 Pet 3:17,18) Hail Mary
Continue steadfastly in prayer, being watchful in
it with thanksgiving. At the same time, pray also for
us, that God may open to us a door for the word, to declare the
mystery of Christ, on account of which I am in prison— that I may make it
clear, which is how I ought to speak. Walk in wisdom toward outsiders, making
the best use of the time. Let your speech always be
gracious, seasoned with salt, so that you may know how you ought to
answer each person. (Cl 4:2-6) Hail Mary
But as you excel in everything—in faith, in speech, in
knowledge, in all earnestness, and in our love for you —see that you excel in
this act of grace also. (2 Cn 8:7) Hail Mary
But grace was given to each one of
us according to the measure of Christ's gift. (Ep 4:7) Hail Mary
Now the law came in to increase the trespass, but where
sin increased, grace abounded all the more, so that, as sin reigned
in death, grace also might reign through righteousness leading to eternal
life through Jesus Christ our Lord. (Rm 5:20,21) Hail Mary
For through the law I died to the law, so that I might live to God. I have been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me. And the life I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me. I do not nullify the grace of God, for if righteousness were through the law, then Christ died for no purpose. (Gal 2:19-21) Hail Mary
Glory be
Our Father
See to it that no
one fails to obtain the grace of God; that no “root of bitterness”
springs up and causes trouble, and by it many become defiled. (Heb 12:15) Hail
Mary
And now I
commend you to God and to the word of his grace, which is able
to build you up and to give you the inheritance among all those who
are sanctified. (Act 20:32) Hail Mary
“For God so loved the world, that he
gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have
eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn
the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him. (John
3:16-17) Hail Mary
But we see him who for a little while was made lower
than the angels, namely Jesus, crowned with glory and honor because
of the suffering of death, so that by the grace of God he might taste
death for everyone. (Heb 2:9) Hail Mary
As each has received a gift, use it to serve one
another, as good stewards of God's varied grace: whoever speaks, as one
who speaks oracles of God; whoever serves, as one who serves by the
strength that God supplies—in order that in everything God may be
glorified through Jesus Christ. To him belong glory and dominion
forever and ever. Amen. (1 Pet 4:10,11) Hail Mary
But we believe that we will be saved
through the grace of the Lord Jesus, just as they will. (Act 15:11) Hail
Mary
For if, because of one man's trespass, death reigned through
that one man, much more will those who receive the abundance of grace and the
free gift of righteousness reign in life through the one man Jesus Christ.
(Rm 5:17) Hail Mary
Jesus answered them, “Truly, truly, I say to
you, everyone who practices sin is a slave to sin. The slave
does not remain in the house forever; the son remains forever. So if the
Son sets you free, you will be free indeed. (Jn 8:34-36) Hail Mary
And after you have suffered a little while, the God of
all grace, who has called you to his eternal glory in Christ, will
himself restore, confirm, strengthen, and establish you. (1 Pet 5:10)
Hail Mary
For this is why I wrote, that I might test you and know whether
you are obedient in everything. (2 Cn 9:8) Hail Mary
Glory be
Our Father
Nevertheless, in
your great mercies you did not make an end of them or forsake
them, for you are a gracious and merciful God. (Neh 9:31) Hail Mary
And I will
pour out on the house of David and the inhabitants of Jerusalem a spirit of
grace and pleas for mercy, so that, when they look on me, on him whom
they have pierced, they shall mourn for him, as one mourns for an
only child, and weep bitterly over him, as one weeps over a firstborn. (Zec
12:10) Hail Mary
Three times I pleaded with the Lord about this, that it
should leave me. But he said to me, “My grace is
sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in
weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so
that the power of Christ may rest upon me. (2 Cn 12:8,9) Hail Mary
So in Xerxes' seventh year as king, in the tenth month, the
month of Tebeth, Esther was brought to King Xerxes in the royal palace. The
king liked her more than any of the other women, and more than any of the
others she won his favor and affection. He placed the royal crown on her head
and made her queen in place of Vashti. (Est 2:16,17) Hail Mary
In the desert I showed mercy to those people who had escaped
death. When the people of Israel longed for rest, I appeared to them from
far away. People of Israel, I have always loved you, so I continue to show you
my constant love. (Jer 31:2,3) Hail Mary
With great power the apostles gave witness to the
resurrection of the Lord Jesus, and God poured rich blessings on them all. (Act
4:33) Hail Mary
But after you have suffered for a little while, the God of
all grace, who calls you to share his eternal glory in union with Christ, will
himself perfect you and give you firmness, strength, and a sure foundation. (1
Pet 5:10) Hail Mary
For no one is put right in God's sight by doing what the Law
requires; what the Law does is to make us know that we have sinned. But now
God's way of putting people right with himself has been revealed. It has nothing
to do with law, even though the Law of Moses and the prophets gave their
witness to it. God puts people right through their faith in Jesus Christ. God
does this to all who believe in Christ, because there is no difference at all: everyone
has sinned and is far away from God's saving presence. But by the free gift of
God's grace all are put right with him through Christ Jesus, who sets them
free. (Rm 3:20-24) Hail Mary
But God's mercy is so abundant, and his love for us is so
great, that while we were spiritually dead in our disobedience he brought us to
life with Christ. It is by God's grace that you have been saved. In our union
with Christ Jesus he raised us up with him to rule with him in the heavenly
world. He did this to demonstrate for all time to come the extraordinary
greatness of his grace in the love he showed us in Christ Jesus. For it is by
God's grace that you have been saved through faith. It is not the result of
your own efforts, but God's gift, so that no one can boast about it. (Ep 2:4-9)
Hail
Mary
You have done me a great favor and saved my life. But the
hills are too far away; the disaster will overtake me, and I will die before I
get there. (Gen 19:19) Hail Mary
Glory be
Our Father
But
the Lord was with Joseph and blessed him, so that the jailer was
pleased with him. (Gen 39:21) Hail Mary
Ruth bowed down
with her face touching the ground, and said to Boaz, “Why should you be so
concerned about me? Why should you be so kind to a foreigner?” (Rt 2:10) Hail
Mary
Blessed be the Lord, the God of our fathers, who
put such a thing as this into the heart of the king, to beautify the house of
the Lord that is in Jerusalem, and who extended to me his steadfast
love before the king and his counselors, and before all the king's mighty
officers. I took courage, for the hand of the Lord my God was on me,
and I gathered leading men from Israel to go up with me. (Ez 7:27,28) Hail
Mary
Whenever the Lord raised up judges for
them, the Lord was with the judge, and he saved them from the
hand of their enemies all the days of the judge. For
the Lord was moved to pity by their groaning because of those
who afflicted and oppressed them. (Jud 2:18) Hail Mary
And the angel said to her, “Do not be afraid, Mary,
for you have found favor with God. (Lk 1:30) Hail Mary
Now the Lord said to Abram, “Go
from your country and your kindred and your father's house to the
land that I will show you. And I will make of you a great nation, and I will
bless you and make your name great, so that you will be a blessing. I will
bless those who bless you, and him who dishonors you I will curse, and in
you all the families of the earth shall be blessed.” (Gen 12:1-3) Hail Mary
But Joseph said to them, “Do not fear, for am I in the
place of God? As for you, you meant evil against me, but God meant it for
good, to bring it about that many people should be kept alive, as
they are today. So do not fear; I will provide for you and your little
ones.” Thus he comforted them and spoke kindly to them. (Gen 50:19-21) Hail
Mary
Have mercy on me, O God, according to your steadfast
love; according to your abundant mercy blot out my transgressions. (Ps
51:1) Hail Mary
But they who wait for the Lord shall renew
their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run
and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint. (Isa 40:31) Hail Mary
And as soon as
we heard it, our hearts melted, and there was no spirit left in any man
because of you, for the Lord your God, he is God in the heavens
above and on the earth beneath. (Jos 2:11) Hail Mary
Glory be
