Rosary of Peace

Our Father

Now may the Lord of peace himself give you peace at all times in every way. The Lord be with you all. (2 Thess 3:16) Hail Mary

I have said these things to you, that in me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation. But take heart; I have overcome the world. (Jn 16:33) Hail Mary

You keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on you, because he trusts in you. (Isa 26:3) Hail Mary

Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. (Pl 4:6) Hail Mary

Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called sons of God. (Mt 5:9) Hail Mary

Humble yourselves, therefore, under the mighty hand of God so that at the proper time he may exalt you, casting all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you. (1 Pt 5:6,7) Hail Mary

If possible, so far as it depends on you, live peaceably with all. (Rm 12:18) Hail Mary

Whoever desires to love life and see good days, let him keep his tongue from evil and his lips from speaking deceit; let him turn away from evil and do good; let him seek peace and pursue it. (1 Pt 3:10,11) Hail Mary

Strive for peace with everyone, and for the holiness without which no one will see the Lord. (Hb 12:14) Hail Mary

And let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, to which indeed you were called in one body. And be thankful. (Cl 3:15) Hail Mary

Glory be

Our Father

In peace I will both lie down and sleep; for you alone, O Lord, make me dwell in safety. (Ps 4:8) Hail Mary

For to set the mind on the flesh is death, but to set the mind on the Spirit is life and peace. (Rm 8:6) Hail Mary

When a man's ways please the Lord, he makes even his enemies to be at peace with him. (Pv 16:7) Hail Mary

But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law. (Gal 5:22,23) Hail Mary

What do you mean that you have gone up, all of you, to the housetops, you who are full of shoutings, tumultuous city, exultant town? Your slain are not slain with the sword or dead in battle. (Isa 22:1-2) Hail Mary

Great peace have those who love your law; nothing can make them stumble. (Ps 119:165) Hail Mary

And a harvest of righteousness is sown in peace by those who make peace. (Js 3:18) Hail Mary

Turn away from evil and do good; seek peace and pursue it. (Ps 34:14) Hail Mary

And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. (Pl 4:7) Hail Mary

What you have learned and received and heard and seen in me—practice these things, and the God of peace will be with you. (Pl 4:9) Hail Mary

Our Father

He did not weaken in faith when he considered his own body, which was as good as dead (since he was about a hundred years old), or when he considered the barrenness of Sarah's womb. (Rm 4:19) Hail Mary

“For the mountains may depart and the hills be removed, but my steadfast love shall not depart from you, and my covenant of peace shall not be removed,” says the Lord, who has compassion on you. (Isa 54:10) Hail Mary

Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid. (Jn 14:27) Hail Mary

Repay no one evil for evil, but give thought to do what is honorable in the sight of all. If possible, so far as it depends on you, live peaceably with all. Beloved, never avenge yourselves, but leave it to the wrath of God, for it is written, “Vengeance is mine, I will repay, says the Lord.” To the contrary, “if your enemy is hungry, feed him; if he is thirsty, give him something to drink; for by so doing you will heap burning coals on his head.” Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good. (Rm 12:17-21) Hail Mary

Finally, brothers, rejoice. Aim for restoration, comfort one another, agree with one another, live in peace; and the God of love and peace will be with you. (2 Cn 13:11) Hail Mary

And the effect of righteousness will be peace, and the result of righteousness, quietness and trust forever. (Isa 32:17) Hail Mary

But he was pierced for our transgressions; he was crushed for our iniquities; upon him was the chastisement that brought us peace, and with his wounds we are healed. (Isa 53:5) Hail Mary

For to us a child is born, to us a son is given; and the government shall be upon his shoulder, and his name shall be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. (Isa 9:6) Hail Mary

See that no one repays anyone evil for evil, but always seek to do good to one another and to everyone. (1 Thess 5:15) Hail Mary

Let me hear what God the Lord will speak, for he will speak peace to his people, to his saints; but let them not turn back to folly. (Ps 85:8) Hail Mary

Glory be

Our Father

“Therefore I tell you, do not be anxious about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink, nor about your body, what you will put on. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothing? Look at the birds of the air: they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they? And which of you by being anxious can add a single hour to his span of life? And why are you anxious about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow: they neither toil nor spin, yet I tell you, even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. But if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today is alive and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, will he not much more clothe you, O you of little faith? Therefore do not be anxious, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them all. But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you. “Therefore do not be anxious about tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble. (Mt 6:25-34) Hail Mary

For you shall go out in joy and be led forth in peace; the mountains and the hills before you shall break forth into singing, and all the trees of the field shall clap their hands. (Isa 55:12) Hail Mary

Agree with God, and be at peace; thereby good will come to you. (Job 22:21) Hail Mary

On the evening of that day, the first day of the week, the doors being locked where the disciples were for fear of the Jews, Jesus came and stood among them and said to them, “Peace be with you.” (Jn 20:19) Hail Mary

All your children shall be taught by the Lord, and great shall be the peace of your children. (Isa 54:13) Hail Mary

How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him who brings good news, who publishes peace, who brings good news of happiness, who publishes salvation, who says to Zion, “Your God reigns.” (Isa 52:7) Hail Mary

It is an honor for a man to keep aloof from strife, but every fool will be quarreling. (Pv 20:3) Hail Mary

Better is a handful of quietness than two hands full of toil and a striving after wind. (Ecc 4:6) Hail Mary

My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever. (Ps 73:26) Hail Mary

“Be still, and know that I am God. I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth!” (Ps 46:10) Hail Mary

Glory be

Our Father

The Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make his face to shine upon you and be gracious to you; the Lord lift up his countenance upon you and give you peace. (Num 6:24-26) Hail Mary

I will give peace in the land, and you shall lie down, and none shall make you afraid. And I will remove harmful beasts from the land, and the sword shall not go through your land. (Lev 26:6) Hail Mary

Then Abram said to Lot, “Let there be no strife between you and me, and between your herdsmen and my herdsmen, for we are kinsmen. Is not the whole land before you? Separate yourself from me. If you take the left hand, then I will go to the right, or if you take the right hand, then I will go to the left.” And Lot lifted up his eyes and saw that the Jordan Valley was well watered everywhere like the garden of the Lord, like the land of Egypt, in the direction of Zoar. (This was before the Lord destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah.) So Lot chose for himself all the Jordan Valley, and Lot journeyed east. Thus they separated from each other. Abram settled in the land of Canaan, while Lot settled among the cities of the valley and moved his tent as far as Sodom. Now the men of Sodom were wicked, great sinners against the Lord. (Gen 13:8-13) Hail Mary

For God is not a God of confusion but of peace. (1 Cn 14:33) Hail Mary

Behold, upon the mountains, the feet of him who brings good news, who publishes peace! Keep your feasts, O Judah; fulfill your vows, for never again shall the worthless pass through you; he is utterly cut off. (Nah 1:15) Hail Mary

For he himself is our peace, who has made us both one and has broken down in his flesh the dividing wall of hostility. . . (Ep 2:14) Hail Mary

My covenant with him was one of life and peace, and I gave them to him. It was a covenant of fear, and he feared me. He stood in awe of my name. (Mal 2:5) Hail Mary

And the Lord gave Solomon wisdom, as he promised him. And there was peace between Hiram and Solomon, and the two of them made a treaty. (1 Kg 5:12) Hail Mary

There shall come forth a shoot from the stump of Jesse, and a branch from his roots shall bear fruit. And the Spirit of the Lord shall rest upon him, the Spirit of wisdom and understanding, the Spirit of counsel and might, the Spirit of knowledge and the fear of the Lord. And his delight shall be in the fear of the Lord. He shall not judge by what his eyes see, or decide disputes by what his ears hear, but with righteousness he shall judge the poor, and decide with equity for the meek of the earth; and he shall strike the earth with the rod of his mouth, and with the breath of his lips he shall kill the wicked. Righteousness shall be the belt of his waist, and faithfulness the belt of his loins. (Isa 11:1-5) Hail Mary

The wolf shall dwell with the lamb, and the leopard shall lie down with the young goat, and the calf and the lion and the fattened calf together; and a little child shall lead them. The cow and the bear shall graze; their young shall lie down together; and the lion shall eat straw like the ox. The nursing child shall play over the hole of the cobra, and the weaned child shall put his hand on the adder's den. They shall not hurt or destroy in all my holy mountain; for the earth shall be full of the knowledge of the Lord as the waters cover the sea. In that day the root of Jesse, who shall stand as a signal for the peoples—of him shall the nations inquire, and his resting place shall be glorious. (Isa 11:6-10) Hail Mary

Glory be
