Our Father
Will you
not revive us again, that your people may rejoice in you? (Ps 85:6) Hail
Mary
If my people who
are called by my name humble themselves, and pray and seek my face and
turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and will forgive
their sin and heal their land. (2 Ch 7:14) Hail Mary
Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you. Cleanse
your hands, you sinners, and purify your hearts, you double-minded. (Js
4:8) Hail Mary
For thus says the One who is high and lifted up, who
inhabits eternity, whose name is Holy: “I dwell in the high and holy
place, and also with him who is of a contrite and lowly spirit, to revive
the spirit of the lowly, and to revive the heart of the contrite. (Isa
57:15) Hail Mary
The law of the Lord is perfect, reviving the soul;
the testimony of the Lord is sure, making wise the simple.
(Ps 19:7) Hail Mary
When the day of Pentecost arrived, they were all
together in one place. And suddenly there came from heaven a sound like a
mighty rushing wind, and it filled the entire house where they were sitting.
And divided tongues as of fire appeared to them and rested on
each one of them. And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and
began to speak in other tongues as the Spirit gave them utterance. (Act
2:1-4) Hail Mary
O Lord, I have heard the report of
you, and your work, O Lord, do I fear. In the midst of the
years revive it; in the midst of the years make it known; in wrath
remember mercy. (Hab 3:2) Hail Mary
Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a
right spirit within me. (Ps 51:10) Hail Mary
But seek first the kingdom of God and his
righteousness, and all these things will be added to you. (Mt 6:33) Hail
Mary
All the ends of the earth shall remember and turn
to the Lord, and all the families of the nations shall worship
before you. (Ps 22:27) Hail Mary
Glory be
Our Father
Have you not known?
Have you not heard? The Lord is the everlasting God, the Creator
of the ends of the earth. He does not faint or grow weary; his understanding is
unsearchable. He gives power to the faint, and to him
who has no might he increases strength. Even youths shall faint and be weary, and
young men shall fall exhausted; but they who wait
for the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with
wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and
not faint. (Isa 40:28-31) Hail Mary
For anything that
becomes visible is light. Therefore it says, “Awake, O
sleeper, and arise from the dead, and Christ will shine on you.”
Look carefully then how you walk, not as unwise but as wise, making
the best use of the time, because the days are evil. Therefore do not be
foolish, but understand what the will of the Lord is. And do not get
drunk with wine, for that is debauchery, but be filled with the
Spirit, addressing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs,
singing and making melody to the Lord with your heart, giving
thanks always and for everything to God the Father in the name of our Lord
Jesus Christ, submitting to one another out of reverence for Christ. (Ep
5:14-21) Hail Mary
My soul clings to the dust; give me life according
to your word! (Ps 119:25) Hail Mary
Or do you suppose it is to no purpose that the Scripture
says, “He yearns jealously over the spirit that he has made to dwell in
us”? But he gives more grace. Therefore it says, “God opposes the
proud but gives grace to the humble.” (Js 4:5,6) Hail Mary
Plead my cause and redeem me; give me life according to
your promise! (Ps 119:154) Hail Mary
For I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the
power of God for salvation to everyone who believes, to the Jew first and
also to the Greek. (Rm 1:16) Hail Mary
After two days he will revive us; on the third day he
will raise us up, that we may live before him. (Hos 6:2) Hail Mary
For behold, days are coming, declares
the Lord, when I will restore the fortunes of my
people, Israel and Judah, says the Lord, and I will bring them
back to the land that I gave to their fathers, and they shall take possession of
it.” (Jer 30:3) Hail Mary
For I will pour water on the thirsty land, and streams on
the dry ground; I will pour my Spirit upon your offspring, and my blessing on
your descendants. (Isa 44:3) Hail Mary
Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a
right spirit within me. Cast me not away from your
presence, and take not your Holy Spirit from me. Restore
to me the joy of your salvation, and uphold me with a willing spirit. Then
I will teach transgressors your ways, and sinners will return to you. (Ps 51:10-13)
Hail Mary
Glory be
Our Father
And Elijah came
near to all the people and said, “How long will you go limping between two
different opinions? If the Lord is God, follow him; but if Baal,
then follow him.” And the people did not answer him a word. (1 Kg 18:21) Hail
Mary
But you will
receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you
will be my witnesses in Jerusalem and in all Judea and Samaria,
and to the end of the earth.” (Act 1:8) Hail Mary
Jesus answered him, “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless
one is born again he cannot see the kingdom of God.” (Jn
3:3) Hail Mary
He will sit as a refiner and purifier of silver, and he
will purify the sons of Levi and refine them like gold and silver, and they
will bring offerings in righteousness to the Lord. (Mal 3:3) Hail
Mary
“Come, everyone who thirsts, come to the waters; and he
who has no money, come, buy and eat! Come, buy wine and milk without money
and without price. Why do you spend your money for that which is not bread, and
your labor for that which does not satisfy? Listen diligently to me, and eat
what is good, and delight yourselves in rich food. Incline
your ear, and come to me; hear, that your soul may live; and I will make
with you an everlasting covenant, my steadfast, sure love for David. Behold,
I made him a witness to the peoples, a leader and commander for the
peoples. Behold, you shall call a nation that you do not
know, and a nation that did not know you shall run to you, because of
the Lord your God, and of the Holy One of Israel, for he has
glorified you. “Seek the Lord while he may be
found; call upon him while he is near; let the wicked
forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts; let him return to
the Lord, that he may have compassion on him, and to our God, for he
will abundantly pardon. For my thoughts are not your
thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, declares the Lord. For
as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your
ways and my thoughts than your thoughts. “For as
the rain and the snow come down from heaven and do not return there but
water the earth, making it bring forth and sprout, giving seed to the
sower and bread to the eater, so shall my word be that
goes out from my mouth; it shall not return to me empty, but it shall
accomplish that which I purpose, and shall succeed in the thing for which
I sent it. (Isa 55:1-11) Hail Mary
Though I walk in the midst of
trouble, you preserve my life; you stretch out your hand against
the wrath of my enemies, and your right hand delivers me. (Ps 138:7) Hail
Mary
Have you not known? Have you not heard? The Lord is the
everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He does not faint
or grow weary; his understanding is unsearchable. (Isa 40:28) Hail Mary
Turn my eyes from looking at worthless things; and give
me life in your ways. (Ps 119:37) Hail Mary
And as for all who walk by this rule, peace and mercy
be upon them, and upon the Israel of God. (Gal 6:16) Hail Mary
For godly grief produces a repentance that leads to
salvation without regret, whereas worldly grief produces death. For see
what earnestness this godly grief has produced in you, but also what eagerness
to clear yourselves, what indignation, what fear, what longing, what zeal,
what punishment! At every point you have proved yourselves innocent in the
matter. (2 Cn 7:10,11) Hail Mary
Glory be
Our Father
In that day
the Lord of hosts will be a crown of glory, and a diadem of beauty,
to the remnant of his people, and a spirit of justice to him who sits in
judgment, and strength to those who turn back the battle at the gate.
(Isa 28:5,6) Hail Mary
Behold, I long
for your precepts; in your righteousness give me life! (Ps 119:40) Hail Mary
Ask rain from the Lord in the season
of the spring rain, from the Lord who makes the storm
clouds, and he will give them showers of rain, to everyone the
vegetation in the field. (Zec 10:1) Hail Mary
I appeal to you therefore, brothers, by the
mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy
and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship. Do not be conformed to
this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind,
that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and
acceptable and perfect. (Rm 12:1,2) Hail Mary
The oracle of the word of the Lord concerning
Israel: Thus declares the Lord, who stretched out the heavens
and founded the earth and formed the spirit of man within him. (Zec
12:1) Hail Mary
May God be gracious to us and bless us and make
his face to shine upon us, - Selah – that your way may be
known on earth, your saving power among all nations. (Ps 67:1,2) Hail
Mary
Give ear, O Lord, to my prayer; listen to my plea for
grace. In the day of my trouble I call upon
you, for you answer me. There is none like you among the gods, O
Lord, nor are there any works like yours. All the
nations you have made shall come and worship before you, O Lord, and shall
glorify your name. For you are great and do
wondrous things; you alone are God. Teach me your way, O Lord, that I
may walk in your truth; unite my heart to fear your name. I
give thanks to you, O Lord my God, with my whole heart, and I will glorify your
name forever. For great is your steadfast love toward
me; you have delivered my soul from the depths of Sheol. O
God, insolent men have risen up against me; a band of ruthless men
seeks my life, and they do not set you before them. But
you, O Lord, are a God merciful and gracious, slow to anger and abounding
in steadfast love and faithfulness. (Ps 86:6-15) Hail Mary
Rather, speaking the truth in love, we are to grow
up in every way into him who is the head, into Christ, from
whom the whole body, joined and held together by every joint with which it is
equipped, when each part is working properly, makes the body grow so that
it builds itself up in love. (Ep 4:16) Hail Mary
And I heard the voice of the Lord saying, “Whom shall I
send, and who will go for us?” Then I said, “Here I am! Send me.” (Isa 6:8)
Hail
Mary
He has made everything beautiful in its time. Also, he has
put eternity into man’s heart, yet so that he cannot find out what God has done
from the beginning to the end. (Ecc 3:11) Hail Mary
Glory be
Our Father
In that day you
will ask in my name, and I do not say to you that I will ask the Father on your
behalf; for the Father himself loves you, because you have loved me
and have believed that I came from God. (Jn 16:26,27) Hail Mary
This is my
comfort in my affliction, that your promise gives me life. (Ps 119:50) Hail
Mary
For you say, I am rich, I have prospered, and I need
nothing, not realizing that you are wretched, pitiable, poor, blind, and
naked. (Rev 3:17) Hail Mary
Were they ashamed when they committed abomination? No,
they were not at all ashamed; they did not know how to blush. Therefore
they shall fall among those who fall; at the time that I punish them, they
shall be overthrown,” says the Lord. (Jer 6:15) Hail Mary
Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone
hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and eat with him,
and he with me. (Rev 3:20) Hail Mary
When the king heard the words of the Book of the
Law, he tore his clothes. And the king commanded Hilkiah the priest,
and Ahikam the son of Shaphan, and Achbor the son of Micaiah,
and Shaphan the secretary, and Asaiah the king's servant, saying, “Go,
inquire of the Lord for me, and for the people, and for all Judah,
concerning the words of this book that has been found. For great is the
wrath of the Lord that is kindled against us, because our fathers
have not obeyed the words of this book, to do according to all that is written
concerning us.” (2 Kg 22:11-13) Hail Mary
For we are slaves. Yet our God has not forsaken us in our
slavery, but has extended to us his steadfast love before the kings of
Persia, to grant us some reviving to set up the house of our God, to repair its
ruins, and to give us protection in Judea and Jerusalem. (Ez 9:9) Hail
Mary
O Lord, how long shall I cry for help, and you
will not hear? Or cry to you “Violence!” and you will not save? Why
do you make me see iniquity, and why do you idly look at wrong? Destruction and
violence are before me; strife and contention arise. So
the law is paralyzed, and justice never goes forth. For the wicked surround the
righteous; so justice goes forth perverted. (Hab 1:1-3) Hail Mary
“Look among the nations, and see; wonder and be
astounded. For I am doing a work in your days that you would not believe
if told. For behold, I am raising up the Chaldeans,
that bitter and hasty nation, who march through the breadth of the earth, to
seize dwellings not their own. They are dreaded and fearsome; their justice and
dignity go forth from themselves. Their horses are swifter than
leopards, more fierce than the evening wolves; their horsemen press proudly
on. Their horsemen come from afar; they fly like an eagle swift to devour.
They all come for violence, all their faces forward. They gather
captives like sand. At kings they scoff, and
at rulers they laugh. They laugh at every fortress, for they pile up
earth and take it. Then they sweep by like the wind and
go on, guilty men, whose own might is their god!” (Hab 1:5-11) Hail
Mary
The word reached
the king of Nineveh, and he arose from his throne, removed his robe,
covered himself with sackcloth, and sat in ashes. And he issued a
proclamation and published through Nineveh, “By the decree of the king and
his nobles: Let neither man nor beast, herd nor flock, taste anything. Let
them not feed or drink water, but let man and beast be covered with sackcloth,
and let them call out mightily to God. Let everyone turn from his evil way
and from the violence that is in his hands. Who knows? God may turn and
relent and turn from his fierce anger, so that we may not perish.” When
God saw what they did, how they turned from their evil way, God
relented of the disaster that he had said he would do to them, and he did not
do it. (Jh 3:6-10) Hail Mary
Glory be
